Hello and welcome to Le Petit Cadeau,
We would like to introduce ourselves and explain how Le Petit Cadeau came into existence. This business is run by Jonathan and Miranda, together we source, restore and create all the products in the shop. We have lived in France for over a decade and raised our children here. Unlike many families, we didn’t buy a house and settle down. We didn’t know where we wanted to live in France so we rented while we explored – and we explored a lot! Having started in the southwest of France near the Atlantic coast we are now over near the Mediterranean sea.

Jonathan loves working with all media and restoring and creating are passions of his. Some of his own work on wood has taken years to create so he understands the commitment to a project. When restoring items he always tries to respect the creator and to bring back to life what they lovingly made and left for future generations to enjoy. The history of the pieces is researched and it’s meaning, uses, and inspirations are understood.
